Job Responsibilities
- Assist in patient registration, collecting basic health information, and documenting medical histories, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support doctors and nurses by preparing examination areas, organizing medical tools, and, where appropriate, assisting in patient assessments or treatment under supervision.
- Provide patients with basic information about health services, clinic processes, and post-visit instructions, helping improve patient understanding and compliance.
- Observe medical procedures, ask questions, and participate in professional development sessions to gain a deeper understanding of mobile healthcare delivery.
Job Requirements
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in healthcare, medical assisting, public health, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and respect for patient privacy.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare software (preferred).
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and assist in all clinic-related activities.
