Job Responsibilities:
- Operationalize public health projects, which involve collaborations with volunteer organizations and MOH
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical licenses in all projects
- Work with the finance department on proper accounting of costs
- Work with sexual health advisor in operationalizing outreach and education work
- Work as a team with clinic executives
- Oversee rostering of the department
Job Requirements:
- Degree in health science, health promotion, public health, counselling, psychology or social work
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in healthcare operations/social work/counselling. Those with a counselling background will be prioritized
- Possess excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
- Possess strong report writing skills to develop and implement operation guidelines/workflow
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
