Heat Treatment Specialist

Job Descriptions:

. Manage heat treatment processes for metals and alloys, ensuring they meet quality standards and production timelines.

. Able to work on quench and temper and plasma nitriding machine

. Recommend appropriate heat treatment methods based on material specifications and desired outcomes.

. Optimize processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality improvement.

. Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the heat treatment process to ensure compliance with standards.

. Maintain accurate records and provide reports on heat treatment processes.

. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling hazardous materials.

. Troubleshoot issues during heat treatment processes to minimize downtime and ensure consistent quality.

. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve any related issues.

. Stay updated on advancements in heat treatment technology and provide training as needed.

Job requirement:

. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

. Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Precision Engineering or equivalent.

. Required language(s): English, Mandarin

. Required handle materials up to 40kg

. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

. Be able to work independently & work under pressure

. Good working attitude and pleasant personality
