Responsibilities
. Support and maintain organization's computer systems, desktops, and peripherals.
. Perform end user supports.
. Install and maintain IT equipment and software.
. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Candidates
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
. Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
Job Specification
. 1-2 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
. Those who have strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware are welcome to apply.
. Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting to resolve end users issues.
. Ask questions to pinpoint problem.
. Setup workstations for new employees.
. New user account creation.
. Setup and provide support for Microsoft Outlook on Users workstations.
. Assist in IT report generation.
. Purchase of IT equipment, including getting the quotations.
. Maintain IT asset inventory documents.
