The duties and responsibilities of Helpdesk Engineer is inclusive of
· Serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over phone, email, MS team and ticketing system and updating all cases reported into the helpdesk ticketing system.
· To configure, install, support and maintain IT hardware and software PCs, laptops, and mobile devices, printer/copiers. Windows operating systems, applications software.
· To support Meeting Room Tablet, Projector, Telephone, Cabling and Audio Video (AV) System.
· Records events and problems and resolutions in Helpdesk ticketing system.
· Coordinates with IT Department to plan and implement software upgrade and OS installation or hardware tech refresh on PCs, laptop, and mobile devices.
· Day to day management of the helpdesk dealing with cases from inception to competition
· Required to monitor and update IT Asset Management System
· Requirement to attend end-users within end-users premises.
