Our client is a multinational automobile company

about the job:

IT Helpdesk is responsible for supporting all Level 1 helpdesk enquiry, Microsoft Troubleshooting, hardware and software issues.

skills and experience required:

Software Support:

  • Solving user's applications problems such as Office365, messaging, etc
  • Problems accessing to network resources Administration
  • Familiarisation Training for users on standard applications on one-on-one basis during helpdesk service
  • Software upgrade: Sourcing of new software & Installation of new software

Hardware Support:

  • Solving user's PC and printing problems.
  • Administration
  • Inventory control on a half-yearly basis
  • PC tuning
  • Training for users on hardware usage
  • Hardware upgrade: Sourcing of new hardware, Installation of new hardware
