Role model for subject team to foster a professional educator development and maintain professional presence for the company
Provide feedback and support to subject team on regular performance review and facilitate their professional growth
Job requirements:
Bachelors or Master Degree in Education or related fields
Minimum 5 years in leading a team of teachers in relevant subject curriculum
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in relevant subject
Has strong subject-content teaching and able to develop curriculum support relevant academic for teaching
Excellent leadership skills
Have a positive mindset towards picking up new skills and knowledge
