As a Home Care and Maintenance Supervisor at BUTLER⢠Housekeeping, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring that all tasks meet our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of home care and maintenance staff.
Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance tasks meet the highest company standards.
Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to team members.
Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members.
Address any client needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
Report any maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in home care, maintenance, or a related supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to travel between various job locations.
