As a Home Care Givers, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Facilitate Dementia Therapy (Training and tools provided).
- Provide various home care services, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Deliver professional, compassionate, and patient-centered care, ensuring comfort, safety, and adherence to therapeutic goals.
- Support families and caregivers by educating them on therapeutic techniques and care strategies to improve patient outcomes.
- Encourage adherence to the care plan.
- Ensure all services meet healthcare regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with relevant personnel to provide comprehensive care and efficient service delivery.
- Attend company-provided training and other required job-related programs, maintaining the necessary level of competency.
- Participate in and assist with company events, fairs, educational talks, and training workshops..
Requirements:
- Experience in home healthcare or assisted living environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, therapy sessions, and care plans in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Must be willing to undergo company training, including CPR and AED certification courses.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
