Home Care Nurse - Up to $10K #HZO

Duration: Perm

Location: Bukit Timah

Salary: Up to $10K (Depending on experience)

Working Days/Hours: 12 hours shifts, 60 hours per week - spread over 5.5 days

Travel: If required to accompany subject for overseas travel (be it due to business trip or medical follow up, there will be travel allowance included).

Job Scope:

. Manage and plan the well-being management of key stakeholder

. Provide individualized patient-focused care, including regular glucose and blood pressure checks, lifestyle and dietary management

. Provide medical and physical care to key stakeholder whilst on travels

Job Requirements:

- Min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing

- Min. 8-10 years relevant experience

- Valid SNB & BCLS

- Must have medical knowledge especially about emergency and cardiology, ICU or HDU.
