Job Responsibilities:

· Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to students individual needs and learning style.

· Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in their homes, focusing on areas where they need assistance.

· Assist students with homework assignments and exam preparation.

· Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students overcome academic challenges and build confidence.

· Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

· Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss student progress, goals, and areas for improvement.

· Stay up-to-date with curriculum changes, teaching methods, and educational resources relevant to the subjects that you are tutoring.

· Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth and development.

• Job Requirements:

· At least 3 years and relevant education experience.

· Good communication skills both written and oral: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (daily communication using mandarin).

· Able to stay in Singapore.

· Gentle personality, patient and careful.
