• Schedule: 5 days a week, 44 hours/week (Rotating shifts)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome and Engage: Meet customers with a warm, genuine welcome, guiding them seamlessly according to their needs.
• Order & Reservation Management: Handle all incoming orders, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring exceptional service by phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain a Refined Space: Keep the caf and pastry shop clean, organized, and up to brand standards, reporting maintenance needs proactively.
• Resolve with Grace: Manage customer feedback, resolving issues courteously or escalating to management if necessary.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Follow guidelines on appearance and service to reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Hospitality Experience: Background in a luxury or customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Professional Communication: Comfortable managing inquiries professionally across multiple platforms (in person, phone, email).
• Detail-Oriented and Organized: Able to maintain a pristine space and meet the brand's aesthetic standards.
• Personable and Poised: Presentable appearance with a polished demeanor, able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Familiarity with reservation and cashiering systems is highly valued.
