Shunsui Group, the 6-time Michelin Plate Singapore awardee, is urgently looking for an experienced Hot Kitchen Chef at Yakitori omakase restaurant to be on board.

Job Description

- Managing the hot kitchen of the Yakitori omakase and a la carte restaurant.

- Manage inventory of ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet

- Guide and coach junior staff

Requirements

-Minimum of 3 years experience at relevant Japanese restaurants.

-Skilled in Yakimono, Agemono, and Nimono.

Salary: from $4,600 to $5,500, depending on your experience and skills
