Job Description

Hot Side Chef

  • Expert in cooking hot side menus both Western and Eastern include sauces, marinates , meat and seasonal menus eg Xmas, Festive, CNY

  • Able to work independently and under tight timelines

  • Ability to do pies, festive items like beef wellingtons, quiches is a plus.

  • Able to handle all kinds of meat, eg pork , chicken, lamb and beef.

    Report to chef in charge. This is a production kitchen role.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,300.00 per month

    Work Location: In person
