Singaporean with 1 to 2 years property facilities and building maintenance handson working experience.
Handle general maintenance and repair work on various systems, including (but not limited to) M&E, plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting and carpentry.
Ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments and contractors for smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with superior and colleagues regarding maintenance status and issues.
Able to work overtime, weekend and piblic holiday.
