Handle household administrative tasks, such as organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining an efficient household office.
Oversee household budgets and negotiate with suppliers to procure necessary household items and services.
Plan and organize household events, ensuring that necessary supplies are procured and logistics are managed.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience in managing household operations, especially for landed properties, and in overseeing household staff in an executive's residence.
Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise household staff.
Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset, with the ability to liaise comfortably with staff and vendors.
Experience managing the residence of a CEO or similar executive, including direct oversight of household staff.
Ability to adapt to various household demands, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
Experience in negotiation and management for household services and procurement.
Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking staff is preferred.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge or experience in child care and educational activities is an advantage.
