About the role:

Housekeeping Associate (Coordinator)

As the Housekeeping Coordinator, you'll be the central hub of our housekeeping team, ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll assign tasks to Room Attendants, dispatch House Attendants and Runners to fulfill guest requests, and support the overall efficiency of the housekeeping department.

What you will do:

You will manage and coordinate tasks to keep the housekeeping operations running seamlessly. This includes prioritizing tasks, responding to real-time requests, and maintaining communication across the team to ensure exceptional service.

What you bring:

  • Open to entry-level candidates with Diploma in Hospitality Studies or equivalent.
  • Advantageous to have 1 year of relevant experience with a luxury hospitality brand.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong work ethic.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and manage a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Kindly note that due to work visa restrictions, this position is open to Singaporeans only.

Schedule & Hours:

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends, and holidays
