With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of both customers and staff, providing continuous training, and upholding our high standards. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to all clients.
Oversee the training and development of new and existing staff, ensuring they meet company standards.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any client needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all housekeeping tasks meet the highest company standards.
Coordinate work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
Report any maintenance issues or damages and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
