As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be tasked to:
Job Summary
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by room attendants to ensure quality standards.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assign rooms to housekeepers for their daily shifts
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities, tasks, and training
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards.
- Be well versed in standard operating procedures (example: lost and found procedures)
- Be aligned with The Westin brand standards room cleanliness requirements
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries complete safety training and certifications.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers
