- Industry/ Organization Type: Security System Service Provider
- Position Title: HR & Admin Executive
- Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Tai Seng)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9 am-6 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD2800 + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21 forms and filing of HR documents.
- Keep employee records up to date.
- Monitor the expiry of worker training certifications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Order office pantry supplies and stationery, Answer incoming calls, and arrange business travel (flights, hotels, etc.).
- Prepare project contracts (tender documents), Process invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders for customers.
- Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure on-time delivery to customers, and prepare commercial invoices for overseas suppliers.
- Perform any other HR functions as needed.
