Role and Responsibilities
Manage full cycle of a recruitment process for operation employees, which includes placement of job ads, conduct interviews and selection processes, initiating job offers as part of onboarding process of new hires across all project sites.
Administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation including levy waiver.
Handle employees counselling and disciplinary procedure
Facilitate annual performance review for AI/Bonus cycles, collaborating with clients on comprehensive assessments for site employees and prepare relevant communication to all
Process and communicate re-employment contracts of those above statutory retirement age.
Manage workmen compensation and foreign workers insurance renewal and claim process.
Support the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
Administer and manage MOM surveys
Manage and administer employees benefits claims using HR/Payroll system
Requirements:
Min. 2 to 3 years HR admin experience
Resourceful, meticulous, possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with Info-Tech HR system
