Description:- Full Spectrum of Human Resources: This includes tasks related to Work Pass management, IR8A, IR21, WICA, Payroll, Insurance, Attendance & Leave, and Disciplinary matters.
Government Agencies:
As required by the gov agencies to submit Survey and Claims i.e. Childcare leave claims, Maternity & Paternity claims.- Implementation and administration of HR policies and practices in compliance with government regulations and policies.
Full cycle of recruitment process of the Company locally and overseas .
- Administer Staff welfare benefits and claims.
Assist the Companys IMS ISO 9001:14001:45001 .- Other office administrative duties.
Candidate must possess at least a diploma, preferably in Human Resource- Prior HR experience in the Marine or Construction industry an added advantage.
Well versed in the Employment Act
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties.
* Proficient in MS Excel and meticulous in work.
