HR Functions
- In charge ofrecruitment,job posting, screening of applicants, arrange interview appointments, ensure pre-employment requirements are fulfilled for newly hired employees.
- Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower and ensure company is in full compliance with MOM laws and other requirements. Update the management for any new rules issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
- Application and renewal of necessary work permits such as Employment Pass and S-Pass for foreign employees.
- Monitor the market rate for the salary of each position in the company and collect surveyreportat least once a year to besubmittedto the Financial Controller.
- Process and submit the monthly CPF Contributions to the CPF Board via online
- Liaise with the Insurance agent for renewal of existing health insurance policy, inclusion of newly hired employees in the policy andassistin employees insurance claims.
- Monitor and update the leave cards of employees
- Prepare the monthly salary payment advice /pay-slipfor each employee.
Admin Functions
- Liaise with the Insurance agent for the renewal of office insurance and work compensation injury policy.
- Ensure the availability of first aid kit and medicines for employees use and for inspection of MOM
- Replenishment of pantry & office supplies
- Liaise with the building management on fire drills and communicationspertaining toour premises.
- Liaise with SCDF and other government agencies for application and renewal of permits
- Direct the part-time cleaner to ensure the cleanliness of the office and laboratory.
- Maintain orderliness of the office premises.

Qualifications:
- Proficient on Quick Book system
- Proficient on MS Office (MS Excel ad MS Word)
- Related work experience for at least 2 years
