Responsibilities:- Support in day-to-day HR and general admin functions;
Manage the companys recruitment needs and new staff induction;- Manage and administer work pass related matters including quota, prior application, etc. under Marine industry;
Work closely with operations staff on their recruitment needs including screening and interviewing candidates;
- Support in staff compensation and benefits including staff welfare, payroll, FWL and CPF matters;
Facilitate all training and development programs;- Review and administer companys insurance needs;
Work with peers on the various audit documentation;
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 3 years relevant experience, preferably in recruitment;
Initiative, organised, resourceful and ability to work with minimum supervision;- Eye for detail and meticulous;
Maintain strict confidentiality of information.
