HR & Admin Executive (Freight Services)

▶ Basic up to $3000 + AWS + VB
▶ Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
. Location: East (Changi Airfreight Centre)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on and ensure compliance with all MOM regulations and requirements for employment.
• Collaborate with employment agencies to source and recruit suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews and select the best-fit candidates for the company.
• Maintain accurate records of employee leave and related documentation.
• Manage general office administrative tasks.
• Oversee office supply purchases, including stationery and pantry essentials.
• Ensure the office cleaner performs their duties effectively
