HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE· Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws, especially in the context of private education institutions.
· Familiarity with the regulations and requirements of the Council for Private Education (CPE) in Singapore.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Employee Engagement Activities:
· Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives such as birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, townhall meetings, team building activities, and staff development days.
· Coordinate employee events including staff recollections, cultural celebrations, and other engagement activities
Employee Recognition and Wellness:
· Implement and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding performance and contributions.
· Develop and promote employee wellness initiatives to foster a healthy and productive work environment.
Grievance Handling and Dispute Resolution:
· Address employee grievances and incidents promptly and effectively, ensuring fair and impartial resolution.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on conflict resolution and dispute management.
Coaching, Mentoring, and Development:
· Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.
· Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies
Policy Development and Compliance:
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and reviews as necessary
Benefits Administration and Payroll:
· Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, claims processing, and compliance.
· Oversee payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
Employee Relations and Documentation:
· Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as required.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation in compliance with data protection regulations.
