We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing daily HR and office administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role encompasses a broad range of HR and will be responsible for office administrative and operational tasks in high collaboration with internal teams & external parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service in response to HR, Admin or general inquiries/ request.
- Work closely with HR Manager by providing necessary support in maintaining HR policies, internal workflows, processes, HR & administrative matters.
- Administer leave system and annual insurance renewal.
- Assist in recruitment process with sourcing, screening and arranging interviews.
- Manage onboarding processes and off boarding processes.
- Handle MOM pass application, renewal and cancellation process.
- Maintain employee P-file storage.
- Support in employee welfare, recognition and office day to day activities.
- Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- People oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong understanding of statutory regulations, employment act, tripartite guidelines.
- Self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Meticulous, diplomatic, adaptable and ability with multiple task.
