Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Executive

  • Handle administrative task
  • Prepare monthly reports and financial statements
  • Liaise with company Account, auditor, tax agency and relevant authorities for company related matters
  • Ensure all Monthly expenses are Prepare using excel, sumbit to Managment &General Manager
  • Prepare quotations Invoice DO for construction contracts,etc.

HR and Admin

  • Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, and cancellation
  • Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees
  • Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc
  • To do any other ad-hoc assignment given by Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or any Specialist Professioal Cert
  • Must have Construction Background HR
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Able to work independently
