Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR & Admin Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR functions, including Recruitment, Training, and Development.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and manage mandatory payroll contributions.
- Handle new staff onboarding, probation evaluations, and exit procedures.
- Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure up-to-date employee records.
- Coordinate employee insurance renewals and updates.
- Stay informed about current government initiatives, regulations, and requirements, and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related claims (e.g., NS, Maternity, Childcare) and grants.
- Liaise with departments regarding staff benefits and welfare, such as monthly expense claims and office season parking.
- Support company events, staff engagement activities, and office administration.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in payroll processing preferred.
- Knowledgeable about government regulations and employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player who is self-driven and capable of working independently.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,600 +AWS +VB
- Working Location: North East
