Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a HR & Admin Executive: Provide HR administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR functions, including Recruitment, Training, and Development.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and manage mandatory payroll contributions.
Handle new staff onboarding, probation evaluations, and exit procedures.- Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure up-to-date employee records.
Coordinate employee insurance renewals and updates.
- Stay informed about current government initiatives, regulations, and requirements, and manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related claims (e.g., NS, Maternity, Childcare) and grants.
Liaise with departments regarding staff benefits and welfare, such as monthly expense claims and office season parking.- Support company events, staff engagement activities, and office administration.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in payroll processing preferred.
Knowledgeable about government regulations and employment law.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude, meticulous, and organized.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player who is self-driven and capable of working independently.
Salary:
Up to SGD 3,600 +AWS +VBWorking Location:
