Human Resources
- Manage employee & foreign workers related issues
- HR P-file handling, attendance and leave management
- Handle all staff onboarding / offboarding matters including orientation of staff
- Handle annual staff insurance renewal and insurance claims
- Perform various pass applications, renewal, cancellations and appeals, government claims or grants, workmen compensation and incident reporting
- Handle dormitory related issues
- Courses registration & pass applications and update record accordingly
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Preparation of HR related letters
- Manage staff attendance and payroll using Info-tech
- Undertake any ad-hoc project assigned by Directors
Office Administration
- Handle the maintenance of factory facilities and upkeeping of office equipment
- Administrative duties including receptionist duties, courier handling & office cleanliness & other ad hoc tasks assigned
- Review and manage contracts/service agreement for office premise such as lease agreement, maintenance agreement, insurance renewals & etc
- Manage telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Monitor and purchase office supplies, stationery and pantry items etc
- Provide full secretarial support to Directors - travel arrangements, calendars, appointments scheduling & etc
Job Requirements
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in HR related field
- Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with all level of staff
- Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
- Strong attention to details, able to work independently and multi-tasking abilities
- Possess problem solving skills and strong organisational skills with excellent attention to details
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft office
