HR & Admin Manager / General Admin Dept Manager
Board Function:
The Head of HR & Admin oversees the HR and Admin department and partners with the Senior Management Team to ensure company human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to overall business objectives and provides leadership, guidance, and collaboration to ensure following Company Management System.
Job Description:
1. Oversee and manage the company's HR Operations to fulfil the day-to-day deliverables of employees life cycle
. Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding process are duly administered.
. Oversee Employee benefits administration
. Oversee Payroll administration
. Manage Employee Grievance Handling Process
2. Identify improvement opportunities using HR analytics and work with internal stakeholders to design and develop solutions/priorities on people's needs that align with Company's business objectives
. Establish an HR data collection requirement and provide appropriate advice and recommendations to SMT based on data.
. Perform data analysis to share with management.
3. Define, develop and establish Workforce Plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
. Drive the annual HC and budget exercise
. Gatekeep of manpower cost to achieve Company KGI
. Report and highlight anomalies in employees behaviour and working environment and recommend solutions.
4. Establish and drive the talent acquisition and management process to ensure Company has sufficient right talent to support the company's operation and growth.
. Work with stakeholders to oversee and drive the talent acquisition process
. Oversee and drive the performance management process
. Work with SMT to manage the employee progression process and succession planning
5. Manage and oversee the compensation practice in the company to support pay for performance philosophy
6. Work closely with the internal stakeholder to design, develop and deploy relevant Employee Value Proposition initiatives that are well aligned to changing needs of the talent pool.
