Position: HR Admin
Location: Changi Region
Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
Job Responsibilities
- Staying updated on and adhering to all Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements for employment.
- Attending relevant courses as needed and providing feedback on MOM updates to the company.
- Collaborating with employment agencies to source qualified candidates and conducting interviews to select suitable hires.
- Maintaining accurate records of staff leave and other HR documentation.
- Overseeing general office administration, including handling purchases for office supplies and pantry needs.
- Managing vendor relationships, including cleaners and other essential service providers.
- Sourcing reliable vendors for the company and managing company assets, including renewals of memberships, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn, attend HR courses, and a passion for HR are essential.
