Our client is a Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a HR & Admin Officer to be part of their HR Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of HR & Admin Officer:
- Process monthly payroll, timesheets, claims, and government-related submissions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering with departments and conducting talent outreach.
- Develop recruitment materials and support employer brand initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess recruitment and retention efforts.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Identify training needs, manage course registrations, and maintain training records.
- Organize employee engagement events and support CSR programs.
- Oversee office administration, insurance renewals, and employee record maintenance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
