HR Administrator (Oil & Gas)

A Singapore-based MNC with extensive experience in marine, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and power generation projects is seeking an HR Administrator to support the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Employee Benefits, handle funding grants, and oversee scholarship programmes. Collaborate with stakeholders, support organizational development, and participate in HR projects and reporting.
• Administer CCP and Employee Benefits programmes.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with Workforce Singapore (WSG) and ASMI.
• Track programme outcomes and manage funding grants.
• Maintain CCP records for audit and compliance.
• Handle insurance claims and support annual renewals.
• Oversee scholarship programmes.
• Collaborate with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).
• Support organizational development and talent programmes.
• Participate in HR projects and reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist, with a focus on human capital development and operational support.
• Good knowledge of government regulations and various grants or funding for talent development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with a preference for creating presentations.
