Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese trading company. They are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join their Singapore team.
The Responsibilities:
. Assist and ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing including CPF contribution
. Assist in the preparation of income tax related issues
. Assist in compiling yearly performance appraisal exercise
. Assist in recruitment processing
. Processing internal and external claims
. Assist in budgeting and updating of budgeting reports
. Maintain Human Resource Management system
. Assist and perform ad-hoc projects and assignments
The Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent
. Minimum 3 years working experience in HR and Administration, preferably experienced in payroll processing
. Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and best practices
. Familiar with BIPO HRMS
. Proficiency in Microsoft office skills especially in Excel and Word
. Proactive with positive working attitude, and a team player
