Description of the job
- Handling a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, accounting, filing, and record-keeping
- Require assisting on monthly payroll and CPF contributions etc
- Organising stocks
- Answering phone calls and email inquiries
- Administer work pass application, issuance, renewal and cancellation and licensing
- Manage and handle letter correspondences relating to HR such as Employment Contracts, Acceptance of resignation, confirmation letters and so on
- Renewal of yearly insurance
- Renewal and maintain relevant licenses from government agencies
- Fulfil any other administrative duties as and when required by the company.

Requirements
- Prior internship experience or no experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS word
- Possession of a driving license is desirable
- Proficient in Chinese will be desirable (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Good written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work from Mondays to Fridays during office hours
- No prior HR experience required we welcome candidates with a strong willingness to learn and a passion for HR.

Working Location: Vertex @ Ubi
Salary is negotiable on experience ( from : $2800 and onwards )
