Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource duties including but not limited to the following :
Manage the recruitment process and work closely with department heads for the hiring needs
Manage and handle all matters related to employment and governing authority- MOM, CPF, WDA, IRAS
Manage monthly payroll including overtime, allowances and timely submission of payment ,forms or claims such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, government claims filing
Compile monthly payroll reports to Finance department
Administer the timely updating of leave application and records
Administer employee performance review, promotion, transfer, annual increment, bonus and terminations
Coordination of training programs and activities to enhance employees skill sets
Update employees on benefits and policies through communication sessions , emails and memos
Conduct inquiries on employee related disputes or misconduct
Implementing HR-related initiatives, take part in ad-hoc projects and organise events for the Company
Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation
Provide reporting to management as and when required
Responsible for the administrative duties including but not limited to the following:
General office administration, handling incoming calls, emails and requisitions of office/pantry supplies
Manage the directors appointment calendars and claims
Provide secretarial support to the company's senior executives such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements etc
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
