Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals.
- Review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and interviews.
- Create talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, ensuring regular appraisals and opportunities for employee development.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and leave tracking.
- Review and recommend salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Organize both internal and external training programs to support career development.
- Manage office operations, including lease agreements, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Ensure a productive office environment that complies with safety regulations.
- Maintain compliance with all labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
- Prepare and present HR reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Preferred experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficient in HR software and systems.
- Willingness to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.
