HR FUNCTION
- FULL SPECTRUM OF HR ACTIVITIES - Payroll processing, claims and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, etc
- Payroll Processing - check overtime and process monthly payroll, including allowance & deductions
- Claims and benefits - handle medical claims
- Recruitment - in charge of talent acquisition
- Onboarding - Creating P-file, employee orientation
- Offboarding - annual leave extraction, final pay calculation
- Record keeping for annual leave, p-file, claims, etc
- Monthly report generation for management
- Stakeholder management - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Host company events as and when needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION
- Office maintenance - photocopier, pantry, etc
- Handle office software maintenance (Antivirus, Microsoft Office)
- Ensure office is kept neat and tidy
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Attentional to detail - meticulous and attentive to details
- Interpersonal skills - good communication skills
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and relevant local statutory requirements in Singapore
- Initiative and proactiveness to review processes and ensure things are working smoothly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Degree holder in any relevant fields
- Prior experience in HR field, minimum 2 years experience
5 days work week
Transport provided to-and-fro Boon Lay Mrt
Daily pick up and drop off time: 8.30am and 4.30pm
