Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Production
• Position Title: HR Assistant/HR Executive
• Working Location: West - Tuas (5 minutes away from Tuas West MRT station)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6.20 pm
• Salary Package: Basic Salary Up to $2500
• Duration: Contract (November - February, 4 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment of direct staff
• Issue Appointment Letters and apply for relevant work passes
• Monitor staff confirmation and Appraisal period
• Handle staff resignation processes including the filing of IR21
• Assist staff in training registration & recording of Training KPI
• Payroll process for direct staff
• Administrative work
