HR Assistant (5 months) Depot Road

Job Details:-

• Contract : 5 months
• Working Location: Depot Road
• Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job scope:

• Digitisation of HR documents and records (e.g. sort files, scan hardcopy documents, file them, verify accuracy of records, shred documents)
• Updating and maintaining of databases
• Possibly support other administrative duties for HR activities and programmes (e.g.liaise with candidates to arrange interviews, follow up on queries/documentation, facilitate first-day reporting for new hires, support promotional and publicity activities)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or A-Level
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Competent in IT systems and databases
• Meticulous with an eye for details
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
