HR Assistant/Executive (Full-time)
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with weekly and monthly payroll processing.
- Daily checking of missing attendance (liaise with principals)
- Timely update of insurance listing
- Create and update employee records
- Update insurance listing
- Take note of overtime, adjustments and deductions
- E-filling and physical filling
- Renewal of passes and medical check up
- Assist with CPF and Tax related matters
- Help resolve any payroll issues or questions from employees
- Prepare payroll reports for management review
- Prepare employment contracts & letters
- Arranging interviews from time to time
- Assist in recruitment & posting
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements
- Minimum diploma of any field
- Prior payroll experience is not a must but will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Team player with a can do attitude!
Working hours: 9 am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) .Required to be in office.
