Responsible for managing the learning programs and staff awards portfolio for Yishun Health, and deliver projects as assigned, on time and within scope.
Learning Programs Management
- Liaises and collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives and diagnose workplace performance gaps and evaluate learning opportunities.
- Designs, develops, and implements bespoke learning solutions and interventions to drive business results, workplace performance improvement and behaviour change.
- Facilitates learning programs using a mix of delivery modes to achieve the desired learning outcomes and learner needs.
- Evaluates the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions and interventions and develops long-term implementation plans.
- Manages and fosters relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure effective, sustainable implementation.
Awards
- Provide guidance to senior management and heads of department (SMM/HODs) in the execution of award nominations and submission processes for International, National, Cluster and Institutional awards.
- Perform data crunching of confidential staff profiles.
- Provide simplified nomination criteria and guidelines for the respective types of awards to SMM/HODs, identify potential nominees through various strategies, engaging and assisting the management in the nomination write-up.
- Plan and implement the Awards calendar including communicating the nomination calls, following through the nomination process, facilitating timely panel reviews and meeting the submission timeline for the respective awards categories.
- Organize and support various awards ceremonies, staff recognition events and prepare EDM/e-banner for announcement via email/Intranet.
- Prepare and monitor budget utilisation and administering the awards gifts and payments to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain award system to ensure records accuracy.
- Maintain the Awards knowledge database including SOP, process flow, calendar and historical documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Mass Communication / Business-related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Preferably possess training related certifications such as ACTA, ACLP
- Meticulous, creative, resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent writing, planning, organizational and administration skills.
- Able to handle highly confidential, sensitive information and handle high volume data in excel spreadsheets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint (Advance), Excel (Advance) and Words (Intermediate)
