Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all aspects of human resource functions including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations and retention, grievance handling, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, employee handbook, records management, safety and health.
- Implement / ensure all HR policies are updated.
- Develop, implement, review and update the HR strategy to be in align with company.
Requirements:
- Min Deg in HRM or Administration
- Exp working in manufacturing or F&B would be advantageous
- Well verse in Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Able to work independently and as a team
