Supports in a variety of IT, administrative and HR activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the office
Assists in the maintenance of physical space, including maintaining and deploying office technology/equipment
Coordinates office repairs, picking up calls, and working with external contractors and vendors, where appropriate
Covers IT Administrative scope of work during absence of IT Administrator
Ensures security and confidentiality within the office, including tracking and assigning of door access cards as well as coordinating disposal of confidential documents
Oversees and maintains supply inventory (E.g. office and pantry supplies, printer toner, business cards, software), including processing purchase orders
Opens letter box, including sorting mails and preparing packages for shipment
Supports recruitment activities including but not limited to updating potential candidates databases and interview arrangements
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
Minimally a Diploma qualification
A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Consulting or its equivalent with at least 1 year of broad experience in human resources is preferred
Experience in HR and admin functions will be an advantage
Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
Excellent administration skills
Meticulous, organised, resourceful, self-driven and high degree of professional integrity
