Our client, a leading financial services firm with a growing presence across the region, is looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner to join their HR team role, based in the Singapore office.
You will be operating in a in a highly visible role, working as part of a small and close-knit team to support business leaders in Singapore with all HR and People related matters.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing and supporting annual HR processes and projects. You will operate as the key point of contact for your assigned business areas (corporate functions) regarding ongoing HR queries. You will build excellent relationships with your key stakeholders. You will manage employee relations and health and wellness initiatives as well as DEI and Talent Projects. You will partner closely with the talent acquisition team on to ensure the firm continues to attract top tier talent. You will also drive talent management processes including designing succession and promotion plans, and support employee development as well as supporting annual salary and bonus reviews for your client groups.
Ideally, you will be currently operating in a HR Business Partner role with another global financial services organisation in a broad business facing, strategic and operational position. You will be comfortable navigating performance driven global matrix structures, as well operating in a smaller, high touch and growing organisation, with a focus on collaboration and quality deliverables. You must have the ability to engage with stakeholders at varied levels, building strong working relationships across the business. You are a team player with excellent consultative and interpersonal skills.
