Job Description:
In this role, you will lead a team of HR Business Partners responsible for the region. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with a specific business vertical to deliver exceptional talent engagement and contribute to resolving both business and human-related challenges. You will report directly to the Global HR Head and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the team's existing capabilities. Additionally, you will be tasked with building influential relationships at the senior level to help attain HR and business objectives. Furthermore, the organization is contemplating expansion into the region, including potential merger and acquisition projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally, you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, along with a degree in HR or equivalent qualifications. The successful candidate must possess strong strategic acumen and business expertise to effectively engage with the leadership team across the region. We welcome individuals who can establish meaningful connections on both professional and personal levels, possess the ability to develop the organization and its workforce, demonstrate ambition to shape the future, and exhibit the determination to realize these aspirations.
