. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the institution
. Manage the offboarding activities, analyze trends and work with management to support the retention initiatives
. Manage day-to-day inquiries from staff/management and provide professional HR advice on interpreting HR policies, procedures, initiatives, and issues.
. Facilitate and support the performance appraisal process to ensure objective performance reviews, promotions, salary benchmarking exercises, and career development for medical staff
. Participate in planning and executing various employee engagement and recruitment initiatives and events.
. Prepare manpower reports for submission to both internal and external stakeholders.
