The job scope of an HRBP Generalist generally involves supporting the human resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. The key responsibilities are:
1. Compliance and Policy:
- Support HR in ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Help with preparing and maintaining compliance documentation and records.
2. Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain training records and track employee development.
3. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Help manage and resolve minor employee issues or complaints.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and reviews.
5. General HR Support:
- Provide support for various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR generalist Business Partner experience with strong business acumen.
- Ability to provide HR advices to the business in a commercially sensitive and appropriate way.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives.
- Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
